Massage at Osmosis is a wonderful experience--especially after an enzyme bath! All massage at Osmosis is 75-minutes long to assure a complete treatment. In addition to the classic Swedish-Esalen technique, our gifted practitioners offer five special modalities. GRATUITIES AND SERVICE CHARGE

A 1% service charge is added to all treatments. Gratuities for service staff are welcome.

WE HAVE A FIRM 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, regardless of the reason, will be charged $50 per hour per person. If we are able to resell appointments, no charge will be incurred by guest. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged full service amount.

Please note our firm cancellation policy: You may cancel your reservation with 48 hours notice. (Appointments booked less than 48 hours prior to the visit are also subject to this policy.) If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will do our best to resell your appointment(s). If we are able to resell the appointment(s), you will not be charged for the late cancellation. If we are unable to resell, there will be a $50 per hour/per person charge, regardless of the reason for your cancellation. We will make every effort to fill vacated appointments and avoid making a charge to our guests.
