It is recommended you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time to get checked in, take a comfort break, and start your treatments on time.
Single treatment Massage and Facial guests will change in the treatment room. At this time we are not using locker rooms except for guests using the enzyme bath and guests with more than one treatment (massage + facial).
Enzyme Bath guests will be provided with robes, indoor shoes, towels and body/hair shampoo. You are encouraged to bring your own personal care products. The Enzyme Bath is a heat treatment and is NOT recommended for anyone with uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, guests undergoing chemotherapy, or women during pregnancy.
Guests must be able to get in and out of a high-sided Cedar Enzyme Bath tub without assistance. Guests with limited mobility may choose to bring an assistant (family member or healthcare professional) with them to help them. Osmosis staff cannot physically lift or provide weight-bearing assistance for a guest getting into or out of the tub.
If you have mobility issues and you are not able to climb stairs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your massage and/or facial downstairs.
Our location has grounds and gardens comparable to a destination spa. Please enjoy the Meditation Garden before or after your treatments.
Our locker space is small. During peak times, you may need to wait your turn. Thank you for your understanding.
It is strongly recommended to not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at Osmosis. Spa guests are not permitted to drink or use drugs on the property. If a guest appears to be under the influence and it is deemed that it would be unsafe for them to have a treatment, particularly the bath due to the possibility of overheating, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Please keep well hydrated and make sure to eat a substantial meal before arriving.
As a courtesy to other guests and our providers, if you must cancel an appointment please give 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled 24-48 hrs prior will be charged 50%. “No Show” and “Same Day” cancellations or reschedules will be charged the full treatment price.
A service charge of 20% for gratuity will be added to all treatments. If you are dissatisfied with your service or would like to add more, please let us know.
Guests must be 18 yrs or older to receive a Massage alone. Guests 16 and 17 yrs old may receive a massage with an adult present in a shared room and same-gendered Massage Therapist only.
Guests ages 14-17 may receive a Cedar Enzyme Bath with a parent in the room with them.
Guests ages 14 yrs and older may receive a facial. All facial guests under 18 must have a parent-signed consent form before receiving treatment.
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our sanctuary is free from pets, alcohol and smoking, including vaping. Please take the time to unplug and limit use of cell phones and other electronics.
