Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary in Sonoma County has a full-time opportunity for a motivated marketing professional. The Osmosis Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the execution and ongoing evolution of the Osmosis marketing plan.

We are a nationally known leader in the sustainable spa world, with a down to earth, non-corporate community feel. Our enthusiastic team is friendly and loves to serve.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Write compelling copy that tells our story in enticing ways that engages guests.
  • Produce monthly newsletter and targeted emails.
  • Maintain developed partnerships with bed and breakfasts, hotels, wineries, restaurants, and other tourism partners.
  • Manage a vibrant and responsive network presence in the social media realm.
  • Keep website current with updates on all new products, services, specials and events.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collateral materials and guidelines to effectively market Osmosis.
  • Coordinate video and photo shoots.
  • Track marketing leads, exposure, conversion rates, and other data.
  • Manage digital and print ad content and placement.
  • Produce graphics for retail store and internal staff communication.

We are looking for a candidate who has a highly collaborative working style.  Minimum 3 years marketing experience preferably in a hospitality environment. Day Spa experience a plus. Internet/web, graphic design experience required. Ability to multi-task and work with an entrepreneurially minded management team. Detail oriented and able to complete tasks on time. Some evenings and weekend time required.
