Celebrate the new season with the captivating sounds of Copper Wimmin in the Osmosis Meditation Garden. Come for a morning of heart-opening, original music by this incredibly talented trio. Be guided in a meditation and Indian Note Singing, and then allow yourself to blossom into your heart space as you are serenaded with sweet harmonies, rhythmic vocal tapestries, and loving affirmations.
This Equinox celebration will be held in the serene Gardens of Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary, located along the bank of Salmon Creek. Please come and feel your spirit lifted within the company of friends and neighbors.
Our quarterly gatherings have become a seasonal touchstone for our community. A bonding time for friends and neighbors when we connect with the special healing energy at Osmosis that has been cultivated on this land for over 35 years. A channel for healing and reckoning with spirit, our sound ceremonies tap into the rhythm between sound and silence.
COPPER WIMMIN:
3-Part Harmony to Soothe All Souls
Conjuring high potency feminine power, Copper Wimmin invite you into a transformational experience. Like the three fates weaving us into existence, Copper Wimmin’s intricate vocal tapestries remind us of the time when all was sacred. You will be invited to breathe, pray, honor yourself, and join your voice in the celestial chorus.
Alyx, Kiranjot, and Sophia have been singing together since they were 12 years old. They were featured on Amy Goodman’s NPR program, Democracy Now, and were the recipients of the 2006 Isadora Duncan Dance award for best musical score. Their song “Bleeding Rivers” was featured on the Showtime television series “The L Word.” Copper Wimmin released their latest singles, “Heart Full of Flowers” in 2022, and “Zeba” in 2023.
A team of healers and musicians will gather in the meditation garden to conduct a sound healing ceremony. The intention is to bring all in attendance into coherence, connection and stillness.
Join us to meet the magical energy of solstice as we open a portal into the profound.
Afterward, there is an additional opportunity to extend the healing experience in a small group with sound therapy while partaking in an Enzyme Footbath.
The Cedar Enzyme Footbath follows immediately after the garden ritual.
Tickets are an additional $15 – Limited Availability.
Entry fee of $15 can be applied to any same day service.
Back by Popular Demand! EnChanted will guide us into this experience of equal day and night and mark the crossing over to Fall.

Alyx Autuori sang German folk songs in three-part harmony as a child with her parents. From this place, she developed a deep love for harmonizing and blending vocally with others. She sang in many choirs and was a founding member of the a capella trio Copper Wimmin. She has worked in hospice and in hospitals providing therapeutic music. She sings every day with her children and husband and finds this practice to be nourishing and uplifting for the whole family. Alyx uses songwriting as a multi-dimensional healing process and believes that humans singing together can regenerate and transform the world.
Kiranjot Kauris a Sebastopol native, and internationally recognized musician and teacher. Coming from a long family line of creatives, she first received her degree in fine arts from California College of the Arts and was a founding member of the music group Copper Wimmin. They were featured on Amy Goodmans NPR program Democracy Now and their song Bleeding Rivers was featured on the Showtime television series The L Word. In 2006 Kiranjot refocused her career around classical Indian music and spent five years living and studying under the guidance of her beloved teacher Ustad Narindar Singh in Amritsar, India. Kundalini Yoga has been an integral part of her life since age 14 and she discovered that her favorite thing in this world is using her voice as a call to stillness and healing by leading groups in meditation with mantras.
Our Summer Solstice ritual this year will go beyond just a listening experience, it will be a communal experience in which the distinction between audience and performer is dissolved and each person is invited to become an integral part of the enchantment.

Zarina is coming back with her musical partner for another spellbinding shamanic ritual. Be prepared to get carried away on a journey to explore our profound power to heal ourselves through sound for the Spring Equinox!
Voicing traditional songs from the Shamanic communities of Zarina’s Sakha native culture, you will hear a reindeer breath, the sounds of northern birds and animals.
Shamanic throat singing, overtone chanting, rhythms of mind-altering states, and vibrations of the mouth harp, are to awaken the healing process of the organs and allow you to slide deep into your cells and bring forth the blessings during this time of renewal and new beginnings!
