Forest Bathing Spa Meditation Retreat

Forest Bathing at Osmosis

Shinrin-yoku is a term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing.” It was developed in Japan during the 1980’s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Learn more about it HERE.

Forest Therapy combines leisurely walks on gentle paths under forest canopy with guided activities to help you open your senses, hone your intuition and experience the forest as you never have before. In the time span of a few hours, we go deep into a direct experience with nature, quietude and receptivity to the present moment.
Includes a morning spa immersion with Cedar Enzyme Footbath, Hammock Sound Therapy and a Revitalizing 75-minute Massage or Facial. Organic Box Lunch followed by afternoon Forest Bathing experience.

Qi Gong Retreat with Cherie Goodwin Lippard

Join Cherie Goodwin Lippard for a beautiful morning retreat exploring the subtle field of qi all around

us and within us through gentle qigong movements to benefit all aspects of
ourselves, in the exquisite serenity of the meditation garden.
We will begin with a silent meditation, slowly moving into physical movements
that are foundational practices for whole body health and well being based on a
medical form of qigong. This will be led by Cherie Goodwin Lippard who has
been teaching locally for many years and works directly with a master teacher
in mainland China who was a healer and teacher at a medicine-less hospital.
These practices will be followed by a nourishing, local organic box lunch catered by Fork restaurant.
There is an option to continue add a Cedar Enzyme Foot bath, a 75-minute massage or facial, and sound therapy in the hammocks–a complete healing experience of the body, mind, and spirit!

Qi Gong and lunch: $40

All inclusive: $179

30-year Anniversary of Osmosis

We are both honored and humbled to be celebrating our 30th anniversary of the Cedar Enzyme Bath.

In the three decades since we first introduced to the Cedar Enzyme Bath to the United States, over 300,000 people have enjoyed its many benefits. Thousands of guests have shared with us their experiences of healing: improved sleep, increased mobility, reduced arthritic pain, improved digestion… the list goes on and on. We foresee this therapy becoming a recognized treatment for a wide range of health issues as the scientific community continues to expand their research on the connections between enzymes, probiotics, and human health.
