For the month of September, the Inner Journey Theme is: Envision Your Future
In this Inner Journey, you have the opportunity to script your future. Where will you live? What will you do? How will you feel? Your guide, Daidie Donnelley, will lead you through exercises designed to help you relax and connect to your own deeper wisdom. In the process, you will discover images that can guide and heal you – reminding you that at any given moment, you have the ability to create your life by the thoughts and images you hold.
The journey will take place in one of Osmosis’s secluded pagodas. This wooden structure, surrounded by native trees and shrubs, will provide a nurturing sanctuary for your journey.
This Osmosis Inner Journey will help you focus on what is most important to you. Through guided imagery that helps clarify your values, you will embark on a journey that enables you to create the life you really want. By learning to simplify, and by changing your belief about what is possible, you begin to change your life.
Your journey begins at Osmosis where you will be met by your guide, Daidie Donnelley. Together you will walk along the shaded banks of Salmon Creek to one of Osmosis’s secluded pagodas. This warm and cozy retreat, surrounded by native trees and birdsong, provides a nurturing sanctuary for your journey.
Once inside, Daidie will lead you through a relaxation exercise, then guide you on a 30-minute visualization. This visualization is aimed at helping you come in contact with your deeper wisdom and gain a larger perspective on your life. At the end of the visualization you’ll have an opportunity to share your experience and identify images that can be helpful for future growth.
On the way back from the pagoda, you may want to stop at the Osmosis Meditation Garden and take time to reflect on your experience and write in your journal. Daidie will email you a complete set of notes from your journey for further contemplation. If you so choose, Daidie is available for follow-up sessions to support you in integrating your journey into your daily life. Learn more about Daidie at www.adelaidedonnelley.com
