Our popular Jump Start Cleanse is now available with shorter or full-month time frames, for both individuals and groups. Read about the various program options below.

The full Jump Start Cleanse is a flexible four-week strategy (see below for abbreviated programs and options for individuals) that combines the detoxifying power of enzyme baths together with massage focused on encouraging lymphatic drainage, supplemented with powerful enzymes, and supported by a nutritious, cleansing diet. Using enzyme supplements in combination with a modified diet both amplifies and sustains the healing effects of Osmosis' Cedar Enzyme Bath. Group support, an educational emphasis on self-care practices, and a delicious diet focused on whole, organic foods, teas and smoothies all work together to empower participants with a potent, take-home tool to continue reaching optimal health.

When followed, the program can naturally reduce fatigue, ease anxiety, boost circulation, enhance skin tone, and restore a sense of inner tranquility. The full program includes:

  • Detoxifying Cedar Enzyme Baths - a warm mixture of fragrant cedar fibers, rice bran, and over 600 active enzymes designed to detox the body and soothe the soul;
  • Transformation Enzyme Supplements - enzymes taken internally to ensure the body absorbs vital nutrients
  • Lymphatic Massage to facilitate the cleansing process; and,
  • Nutritional Counseling with Mary Sheila Gonnella, CNC, graduate of Bauman College, who works with a menu developed by founder Dr. Edward Bauman. Download Mary Sheila's bio here. We have designed different levels of participation, including modified versions of the full program, recognizing that people's needs and time commitments will vary. Choose the program that works for you:

Individual Starter Cleanse - Includes a packet of information, one Cedar Enzyme Bath, an initial consultation with the nutritional consultant, follow-up emails, and a final in-person consultation. (Additional treatments and supplements available at our standard rates.) $125.

Individual Transformation Cleanse - Includes supplements by Transformation Enzymes, three Cedar Enzyme Baths, a lymphatic massage, and three one-on-one consultations with our nutritional consultant. (Additional treatments also available.) $585.

Team Starter Cleanse - Includes three weekly group meetings with nutritional consultant (and a buddy system for support, if you choose), one Cedar Enzyme Bath, additional educational session by phone or email. (Additional treatments and supplements also available.) $150. The next group cleanse begins in March.

Team Transformation Cleanse - Adds to the Starter Cleanse by including three Cedar Enzyme Baths, a lymphatic massage, and the Transformation Enzyme supplements.(Additional treatments and supplements also available.) $499.
