New Vitamin A Peel from Tecniche

Start your New Year off with a fresh glow! This new treatment features an amazing peel with a pure form of Retinol (from vitamin A) with three skin brighteners for results that will wow! Beginning with an enzyme exfoliant to prep the skin, the peel is applied and then left on for 5 hours. Your Aesthetician will give you instructions on how to remove the peel at home as well as a home care kit of post-peel products. While this is an intense peel, it is specially formulated to minimize irritation and 'down time' and is suitable even for sensitive skin. You will have a phone consultation with your Aesthetician before your scheduled appointment to review timing, home care and contraindications.

Reiki and Reflexology

Two powerful forms of energy work are combined together for holistic wellness. Reiki is Japanese energy work that can address the entire body on a physical, mental and emotional level. Reflexology utilizes points on the hands and feet that correspond to other areas in the body. Combined with massage of the neck and scalp, this treatment will bring balance and harmony while addressing the areas that always need attention. Integrated Reflexology

Osmosis is proud and honored to be partnering with the CERES Community Project to provide delicious, fresh and nutritional meals to our spa guests.

CERES is a local non-profit based in Sebastopol, CA that trains teen chefs to create amazing food as medicine for the community.
