Our newest Wellness program, the Osmosis Jump Start Cleanse, launches on May 6th and continues for four weeks. The Cleanse has three components:
 Jump Start Menu. Developed by nutrition expert Ed Bauman at Bauman College, the Menu combines group support with an educational emphasis on whole organic foods, teas, smoothies and self-care practices. A buddy system with four weekly meetings supports group intention and practice. (May 6, 13, 20 & 27, 6-7:30pm)
