Thanks to everyone who came to help us launch our first Locals Night last Thursday, September 24th. It was a night of total magic and enchantment, and the beginning of a tradition.
The response was enormous and we had to turn away many callers who RSVP'ed. We're sorry we could not accommodate everyone who wanted to come, but Locals Nights are now scheduled for every second Thursday of the month (Oct 8, Nov 12, Dec 10). The introductory price is $10 through the end of the year, and RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis until we're full. Special reduced-rate services will be also available on these nights; details to follow.
In spite of a cold fog that blew in, the warmth of the evening was unmistakable. Well over 100 people attended and there was no shortage of activity, with four chair massages going continuously along with three rooms for mini skin care sessions. The mood was effervescent as people flowed through the spa enjoying enzyme footbaths, informative sessions about our Wellness at Osmosis programs, and a lavish spread of food, wine, tea and sake. Every room was filled with people enjoying themselves.
Many first-time visitors were on hand, together with a number friends and neighbors who've been coming to Osmosis for a long time, and our staff was excited to share our special environment with them. It was very social event, yet maintained that peaceful and healing vibration we have worked so hard to cultivate over the years. The mood was so good that no one wanted to leave!
We introduced Sebastopol GoLocal in which Osmosis played a founding role. GoLocal will strengthen our local economy with a variety of programs designed to keep our money circulating within Sonoma County, and will provide greater purchasing power for our guests.
Locals night was a huge success and begins a new chapter in the history of Osmosis.
