CINNAMON CAN IMPROVE YOUR SKIN

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known and can be found throughout history for its medicinal properties. In Ancient Egypt, cinnamon was so highly valued that it was considered more precious than gold. It can also be found in the earliest books on Chinese botanical medicine as far back as 2,700 B.C.

There has been an abundance of research done on cinnamon and its health benefits and it seems more reports are popping up every day. Cinnamon has incredible anti-microbial properties that have been found to improve everything from Candida to acne. More recently, research has shown that cinnamon can be used to improve blood sugar control and digestion. It is also abundant in the anti-oxidants and flavonoids beneficial for fighting free-radical activity that causes the breakdown in cell structure.
