We are pleased to announce that the response to our Customer Survey was overwhelming. Over 1,500 people (25%) completed our survey. Many thanks to all of you who took the time to participate. Your comments are important to us. They help us to get to know you better and develop understanding of your interests so we can continue to evolve the optimal Osmosis experience.

Below is a summary of the results:

62% of respondents cited discounts, specials and packages as the most compelling offer to cause them to return.

Over 60% of respondents showed marked interest when presented with the new concept of a three-week body purification program that would purify the body of accumulated toxins and restore vitality with a regimen of enzyme baths, selected spa services and nutritional supplements.

We plan to offer a less intensive version of this program before the end of the year. Join our email list or keep an eye on the specials page on our website for the announcement.

75% of people responded favorably to the idea of an Eco-Adventure package that would combine your choice of an outdoor activity such as bird-watching, biking, kayaking or hiking, a two-night stay in deluxe, ocean-view lodging and an Osmosis enzyme bath and aromatherapy massage for two.

It is our goal to organize our first Eco-Adventure package for this September. Sign up for our email list and check our specials page regularly to find out about this and other packages offered by Osmosis.

Much to our delight, 92% of respondents said that choosing a spa with "green" practices was important to them.

The staff of Osmosis is currently working with a group of Green MBA students and industry professionals to evolve plans to turn Osmosis into a green spa. We are very excited to be embarking on this path and expect to implement positive changes before the end of this year that will be of great interest to our guests.
