Donations:

To request a donation to your non-profit organization, please submit the following information to Osmosis on letterhead: a full description of the event, date of the event, and contact information.  You may submit the information via fax at 707.874.9442 or via US mail to 209 Bohemian Highway, Freestone, CA 95472.  Please reference "donation request" in the subject line of your fax or on the outside of your envelope.   Due to the large volume of requests received, we request that you do not call us to check on the status of your donation request.  We review donations on a monthly basis and we will contact you with our decision.
