Flower Cutting Garden at Osmosis

This is a staff only area that provides copious amounts of flowers throughout the growing season to fill the spa with fresh bouquets and flower arrangements. It is a blessed place for our hard working staff to take a break and have some space. We created this garden partly as a way to try to not use commercially sprayed flowers.

We make our compost here to recycle organic material and some of the paper waste generated by the spa. We also save seeds from our flowers to propogate each year: Sweet Peas, Sunflowers, Amaranth, Cosmos, Bachelor Buttons, Yarrow, Godetia, Feverfew, Clarkia and Statice. We gave away packets of seeds at the Apple Blossom Parade. In addition to these annual varietals, we also have an extensive collection of flowering bulbs: Dahlia, Iris, Crocosmia and Gladiola to name a few.
